This year\, Conclave will be held June 12-14\, 2026\, at Rotary Scout Reservation in Averill Park\, New York. Prepare to engage in all sorts of themed activities\, trading\, competitions\, shows\, and exhibitions. The Conclave theme this year is AmeriClave\, so be sure to come prepared with your patriotic spirit! Delegates will also get to partake in meaningful training and attend the annual Section Business Meeting where the next Section officers will be elected. You won’t want to miss out!

DESCRIPTION:tschitani.org/inductions \nInduction weekends are the largest lodge events of the year.  During these weekends\, we welcome new members into the Order of the Arrow\, provide much-needed service to the camps\, and gather with our current members for Fun and Fellowship. \nThe purpose of the Ordeal is to have candidates reflect on their own Scout life and character and come to a deeper understanding of the Scout Oath and the Order’s principles. This purpose is realized through a fourfold Ordeal that includes sleeping alone\, silence\, work\, and a limited amount of food. No hazing or endangerment of a Scout’s safety is allowed. \nNewly elected candidates for membership in the Order of the Arrow must complete the Ordeal and be inducted into the OA by the lodge that serves the council in which the unit is chartered. This allows the candidates to bond with their contemporaries as they go through the Ordeal and creates a positive leadership environment in which they can progress. \nIf you have been an Ordeal member of the Lodge for six months\, the Induction Weekend is the perfect opportunity to seal your membership in the Lodge by becoming a Brotherhood Member.  Sign-up as a Brotherhood Candidate\, then come to the weekend to help out and learn more about the OA\, ending with your induction ceremony. \nAfter the Ceremonies on Sat night\, all Brothers will gather for Food!  Fun! and Fellowship! \nFriday night registration \n6:00pm – Current members \n7:00pm – Ordeal Candidates \nSunday Morning \n9:00am – Parents meeting \n10:00am – Departure \nRegistration Fees: \nOA Candidate – $65 (covers 2026 dues\, sash\, book\,  Lodge flap\, and all meals & fun for the weekend) \nCurrent Brother of the Lodge/Brotherhood Candidate: \n– Adult – $25 (covers all meals and fun for the weekend) \n– Youth – $15 (covers all meals and fun for the weekend) \n2026 Tschitani Ticketholder – $0 – (covered by Ticket\, but you MUST register) \n  \nLearn more at: tschitani.org/inductions

DESCRIPTION:Lodge Executive Committee (LEC) Meetings are crucial gatherings of Lodge and Chapter Leadership to make executive decisions. The LEC meets every 1-2 months\, and consists of the Lodge Chief\, Lodge Vice Chiefs\, Camp Chiefs\, and 4 Chapter Chiefs. Committee Chairs also attend to give reports on their respective Committees\, and support motions brought to the table for discussion. \n  \nAll Committee Chairs\, Chapter Chiefs\, and Lodge Officers are expected to attend this meeting.
