SUMMARY:Spring Ordeal/Brotherhood Weekend
DESCRIPTION:Induction weekends are the largest lodge events of the year.  During these weekends\, we welcome new members into the Order of the Arrow\, provide much-needed service to the camps\, and gather with our current members for Fun and Fellowship. \nThe purpose of the Ordeal is to have candidates reflect on their own Scout life and character and come to a deeper understanding of the Scout Oath and the Order’s principles. This purpose is realized through a fourfold Ordeal that includes sleeping alone\, silence\, work\, and a limited amount of food. No hazing or endangerment of a Scout’s safety is allowed. \nNewly elected candidates for membership in the Order of the Arrow must complete the Ordeal and be inducted into the OA by the lodge that serves the council in which the unit is chartered. This allows the candidates to bond with their contemporaries as they go through the Ordeal and creates a positive leadership environment in which they can progress. \nIf you have been an Ordeal member of the Lodge for six months\, the Induction Weekend is the perfect opportunity to seal your membership in the Lodge by becoming a Brotherhood Member.  Sign-up as a Brotherhood Candidate\, then come to the weekend to help out and learn more about the OA\, ending with your induction ceremony. \nAfter the Ceremonies on Sat night\, all Brothers will gather for Food!  Fun! and Fellowship! \nFriday night registration \n6:00pm – Current members \n7:00pm – Ordeal Candidates \nSunday Morning \n9:00am – Parents meeting \n10:00am – Departure \nRegistration Fees: \nOA Candidate – $65 (covers 2026 dues\, sash\, book\,  Lodge flap\, and all meals & fun for the weekend) \nCurrent Brother of the Lodge/Brotherhood Candidate: \n– Adult – $25 (covers all meals and fun for the weekend) \n– Youth – $15 (covers all meals and fun for the weekend) \n2026 Tschitani Ticketholder – $0 – (covered by Ticket\, but you MUST register) \n  \nInduction Weekend Letter 2026

SUMMARY:Lodge Fall Fellowship and Vigil Induction
DESCRIPTION:Premier Lodge event of the year.  Fun\, Food\, Fellowship…as always!   In addition to our theme/game\, the OA Trading Post will be open and there will also be a Silent Auction full of Lodge Flaps and other Scouting items. \nCost is $25 for youth (under 21 years of age) and $35 for adults (21+). \nAnnual Lodge Business Meeting/Officer Elections – on Saturday afternoon\, Oct 10\, we will be holding our annual business meeting and election for Lodge Officers (Chief\, 3 Vice-Chiefs and 3 Camp Chiefs). Full details about the positions and requirements can be found on the Lodge Bulletin Board. \nVigil Induction Weekend – Saturday night\, Oct 10 the Lodge will be conducting it’s Vigil Inductions for 2026.  All Vigil Honor members are invited to join us for a Vigil Breakfast at 6:00am on Sunday\, Oct 11.  If you are not attending the Fall Fellowship\, you MUST register for the breakfast.  Cost is $10 for those only attending the Vigil Breakfast.
