Letter from the Chief

Brothers,

For over 100 years, our order has served the community by providing enhanced opportunities to those who exemplify the best of Scouting. I remember my own induction weekend, arriving uncertain of what to expect, and leaving surrounded by Arrowmen who I could call friends. That experience, that feeling of connection and brotherhood, is what I believe our Lodge should continue to embody.

This year, we will focus on strengthening support for our chapters. Chapters make up the foundation of the Lodge. When they are strong, we, as a Lodge, become stronger. We will continue to work toward aligning our Inductions process with our core values of Brotherhood, Fellowship, and Service, while expanding to provide crucial support to our camps.

But none of these things can be accomplished alone. We are Tschitani Lodge, we are “The Stronger One,” together, we can achieve great things. So together, may we build this year to be one of commitment to our values and those we serve.
