Lodge Leadership Philmont Trek

This Summer, National Order of the Arrow is piloting a Leadership Development program at Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico for Lodge Leaderships across the nation. Over 9 days on the trail, crews undergo a series of challenges with the intention to expand their perspective on leadership in and outside of the Order of the Arrow. Out of all the lodges across the United States, Tschitani Lodge has been selected as 1 of 5 lodges to participate!
