Tschitani Lodge Chief
In his role as 2026 Tschitani Lodge Chief, Drew oversees all Lodge operations and events, running the Lodge Executive Council (LEC). Throughout his time in the Lodge, he is constantly excited by the numerous opportunities and adventure that our brotherhood provides, bringing Arrowmen together across different places and interests. Outside of the OA, Drew enjoys biking, sailing, and debate.

Vice Chief of Program
Jack is honored to be Tschitani Lodges Vice Chief of Program, facilitating activities and events throughout the lodge’s operations. What Jack believes is excited about the OA is the sense of community that the program gives to everyone. Jack also is apart of Scouts BSA, Venturing, and Sea Scouts!

AJ G.
Vice Chief of Communications
AJ is the Vice Chief of Communications and the Finance Committee Chair in Tschitani Lodge. He helps run the lodge Instagram, fill out the lodge financials, and oversees various committees. He is most excited by the countless opportunities in camping, friendship, and leadership in the Order of the Arrow. In his free time, AJ enjoys fishing.

Ian F.
Vice Chief of Administration
Ian is the Vice Chief of Administration. He works with the Lodge Chief and his Committees to help facilitate events and complete some of the behind the scenes work for the Lodge, such as the patch design process. What makes Ian excited about the OA is the countless experiences including National Order Of The Arrow Conference (NOAC), National Leadership Seminar (NLS), and Lodge events like Fall Fellowship. Outside of Scouting, Ian enjoys swimming and snowboarding.

Webster Camp Chief
Karl serves as Camp Chief of JN Webster, overseeing and coordinating program activities and events across JN Webster Scout Reservation. He is excited by the Order of the Arrow because it transforms cheerful service into adventure, friendship, and unforgettable moments. Outside of Scouting, he enjoys the challenge and precision that fabrication and TIG welding bring.

Mattatuck Camp Chief
JT is the Mattatuck Camp Chief, overseeing all OA programs that occur there. One of the parts of the OA that excites him the most is that it recognizes the qualities that Scouting is all about – the Scout Oath and Scout Law. A fun fact about JT is that he edits Wikipedia!

Workcoeman Camp Chief
Liam is the Camp Chief of Workcoeman, where he helps lead events and support the lodge’s activities. He enjoys being part of the OA because of the brotherhood and opportunity to give back through service. Outside of the OA, Liam enjoys spending time outdoors and staying active.
